Orders & Processing
Each order is handmade or curated with care. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before shipping. Custom or large orders may take longer, and I’ll always keep you updated if there are any delays.
Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days (with photos) so I can make it right.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized items are non-refundable once created.
Shipping
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and destination of the package. Every order will include tracking once shipped. Delivery times are estimated but not guaranteed, as carrier delays are outside of my control.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. I do not have access to your payment details.
